These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of the Yearly mobile application (“App”) operated by Neelz Media FZE, a company incorporated under the laws of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“UAE”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the App.
The App is owned and operated by Neelz Media FZE, a legal entity registered in Sharjah, UAE. All inquiries regarding these Terms should be directed to: [email protected].
To access and use certain features of the App, you must register and provide a valid phone number and your date of birth. There are no age restrictions imposed for the use of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Users may delete their accounts at any time via the App settings or by contacting support.
Yearly uses Stripe to process all payments securely. Users may add funds to their in-app wallet, which can subsequently be used for sending monetary gifts. A platform fee may be charged when depositing funds. Additionally, a flat fee of $2 is applied to each gift transaction, which is borne by the sender. Users may withdraw funds from their wallet at any time without incurring additional fees. Wallet balances do not expire.
All gifts sent via the App are monetary in nature and are not eligible for refunds or transfers. There are no physical goods or third-party delivery partners involved. The App facilitates peer-to-peer monetary gifting, and each gift transaction is subject to a $2 platform fee, payable by the sender.
The App collects and stores user-provided information such as birthdays, contact lists, and transaction history to provide core services. Yearly utilizes Google Analytics to collect aggregate usage data, but does not otherwise share user data with third parties. By using the App, you consent to receive reminders and marketing notifications related to the App’s services.
Yearly facilitates the sending of monetary gifts and does not guarantee delivery of any physical goods. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we are not responsible for missed birthday notifications due to bugs, user error, or technical issues. Users acknowledge and accept this limitation of liability.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Neelz Media FZE reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts in cases of abuse, misuse, or suspected fraudulent activity. We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage users to periodically review this Agreement.
